I believe you. I've seen a few topics about this already. I just don't see it personally. And I'm wondering if you could please explain what about him looks the same as Robert Pattinson because in other topics people have mostly been saying stuff like "if you don't see it you're blind" which is really unhelpful for me trying to understand the similarity. So I'm wondering if it would be possible for you or someone else who thinks they look similar to describe what part of their facial structure or shapes or such is the same between the two. Thank you!

Have a look at RP in the movie The Lighthouse when he has the same facial hair. It's uncanny.
I almost checked the game's credits to see if he was involved.

I've seen the movie, but I don't remember it that well so I searched Google images. But when I search on Google images all the pictures of RP in The Lighthouse have different facial hair than Gustave's :S

Oh yeah, it's just the moustache. Well slap a beard on the lower face and you're there.
It's the bridge of the nose and the eyes, especially when the character in the game has his head slightly lowered.

... how can anyone not see the similarities? I would go as far as he looks exactly like him 90% of the time. maybe it's because I'm a super recogniser, but I doubt it's just coincidence?

He looks like Charlie Cox, the character's voice actor.

no idea if they used motion capture, but his facial expressions resemble those of his voice actor Charlie Cox. facial muscles how they move, those seem so very familiar to me due to daredevil.

Voice is Charlie Cox of Daredevil fame but it 100% looks like Robert Pattinson, it wasn't intentional. I think they just did a bad job of making him look like Charlie Cox some how lol.
