you get an achievement for doing all the quests for them, but i dont think killing them will harm anything later

Might be too soon to dismiss the possibility of multiple endings and if there's worse endings unlocked by bad karma-ing the not evil Monsters...

there is a location where you get lumina for each one you helped and let alive.
You need progress almost to end game to reach that area, but with the ones i did save i get 110 lumina, idk if i will get more later.
