The game is amazing but the the lip sync during cutscenes seems quite off

I am playing with english VA and it really throws me out of the immersion during cutscenes. Sometimes it works but most of the time the lip syncs feels very off.

I hope that the devs will make a statement about this and whether it's main prio for them to fix or not. I do not mind taking a break from the game and return when if they are planning on fixing it.

If any devs are reading this: I am planing on a 4080, Ryzen 9800x3d, 64 GB ram and with GSYNC monitor and vsync enabled in nvidia control panel. FPS capped to 141 through nvidia control panel and I have DLSS on quality.

The issue seems to persists whether I am using the 30 FPS during cutscenes unlocker mod or not. With unlocked frame-rate my FPS fluctuates between anything between 60-90 FPS during the cutscenes.
