Old driver, rtx 3060, max graphics settings, no crashes so far. So it must be your pc.

It's 50 series issue that nvidia is not able to fix as of yet

Haven't had any issues rx6600 and ryzen 5 2600. Besides my gpu my rig is quite old.

The problem is in the drivers...
They read temperature and voltage information incorrectly...
Read the description of HotFix.
Even Hot fix is not fix all problems, as far as I know

Played for about 8 hours so far and got zero crash and my pc is 4 year old

more often than not when a game unpredictably crash randomly it is cause by an unstable component in your pc try removing any sort of overclock and see if it crash again

I have the exact same cpu and gpu.

No issues.

I am not on the latest Nvidia driver. I am still using 572.83 from back in march.

The only other thing I did was set the compatibility mode for the game to run it as admin (i make it a habit now for any UE game lately)
