My Game looks TERRIBLE and I cant figure out why
I have my settings all on the highest possible settings, and the first cut scene looks so terrible, I can't even get past it to play the game.

If anybody has any suggestions, I really appreciate it, my GPU is a 7900xtx

DLSS? Resolution mismatch?

The cutscenes overall is noticeably blurrier and shimmery compared to the in-game visuals; regardless on whether you're using Epic settings or anything lower.

It's honestly the heavy post-processing effects that's causing the image quality to suffer. (And this is coming from someone that actually likes Post Processing, when it's tastefully done.)

I'm hoping that there will be a future mod where they'll dial down the Depth of Field in the cutscenes since it's very distracting. (On top of the blurriness too.)

I can only use TSR or XeSS because I'm AMD, everything is set to 1080p

Talk to me like I'm an idiot. What setting would that be, and what would I set it to?

Based on the URL that you posted, my cutscenes look like the left side of the image. However, the right side doesn't match up with mine, since it looks much crisper on 4K XeSS Balance (although, a touch over-sharpened, imo).

If I found out how to post screenshots within the forum, I'll post a random shot from an hour into the game (nothing spoiler territory, tbh).

Edit: Not sure if this work, but here we go:

Sadly didn't change much, most of these settings don't seem to be affecting the cutscene probably only gameplay.

Is UE5 known to be bad or something?

I changed the cutscenes for me to be clean. I'm surprised that it didn't change anything for you. I don't use upscaling though.
