RTX 4090, 64GB RAM, i9-13900k @ 5.5GHz, and I'm getting around 58FPS and stuttering at 4k on diss quality. It's just unacceptable from a modern game
That's UE5 for you. I can't get a stable 60 at 1440p native with a 7800XT and 5900X at medium settings, and the game defaults me to Epic.
Honestly you might as well just get a console with performance like that. You're telling me that you dumped a couple grand on one of the most powerful GPU's ever made, on top of using DLSS, just to get console level performance? People like you are exactly why gaming is the way it is today, with devs not optimizing their games and people having to use upscaling.

I have a ryzen 9 7900x with a 4090 and have the same performance. It's just UE5 sucks.
