No need to be a ♥♥♥♥. The min req is a 1070Ti. I seriously doubt the average person would know that a 3050 is significantly worse than a 1070Ti.
OP, it probably isn't going to work, unless you play with DLSS set to performance.
From recent experience I can tell that the discord update from the last few weeks with the UI overhaul is an INSANE drain on cpu, just with voicechat it can go up as high as 30% cpu for me, pure nonsense. Try without it, also no open browsers, as those aren't lightweight nowadays either.
As it's a laptop, make sure you set your power settings to high performance, and play with the charger.
Might push it into playable-low territory. I don't hit 60fps either, but the game generally handles smaller chokes well.
I figured it might get that high, my cpu has a really similar benchmark score.
You can tinker around with the settings a bit if you want, as usual some will have minimal impact on cpu but make a big difference in visuals, though you want to recheck later when you get into battles and need the performance you can get.

This might be helpful to see what the more impactful settings are.
I would say, you can game fine-ish with that laptop, but you need to tinker more the higher you go with games.
