Locked to 60 fps no matter the settings.

Does anybody knows why im being locked to 60fps? I tried with all low settings and with max settings and both give me 60 fps. I have frames unlocked i dont get it. My system specs are amd 5900x, 3080ti 12gb, and 16gb ram. Anyone with the same issue?

Do you have vysnc on? That will lock the fps to your monitor refresh rate of 60.

Take this as a friendly reminder that sometimes, Windows will reduce your monitor refresh rate to 60Hz for no damn reason after an update.

No vsync on, if it was on it should be higher fps anyway my monitor is 165hz.

I checked the windows settings and it's set to 165hz. Im so lost XD

I find out what the problem seems to be, I have two monitors, the second one is 60 hz, if you have the second monitor on while you open the game for some reason it wont pass 60 fps... so just turn off the second monitor when you open the game.
