Missing upgraded healing tincture, Glitch?

As part of the main story a few hours in you get an upgrade to the healing item that increases the healing from 30% - 60%. This is a mandatory upgrade and cannot be missed. However when I loaded my save this morning in the gestral village my upgraded tincture was gone and back to only healing 30%.

This has to be a glitch because I don't know what else could have happened to it. The game gives you the upgrade after the boss and makes you talk to the camp skeleton to upgrade it. I've tried going back to talk to him but nothing.

The earliest red potion upgrade comes from an optional boss, the Chromatic Troubador iirc. It's the first blue potion upgrade that's given from a story boss.

Got the same problem. Upgraded the tint, reloaded the game, next fight it was back to small tint

The first red potion upgrade is found in the story in Flying Waters. The first blue potion upgrade was behind a door to the manor kitchen. The first green is also a story boss.

Anyway, red potion upgrade is bugged out for me too, that's the biggest frustration I've had so far. Otherwise (just finished Act 1) the game has been great.

Same happend to me and didnt even realize until watching someone else play and they had 60 percent healing tint lol

you can fix this by downloading we mod and giving yourself the healing shape again to fix this

Yeah I have had the same issue - I thought I had miss remembered but now I see others have the same it certainly appears to be a bug - - - - or those gestral are stealing it :P
