Noob question about using luminas

When I master and learn skills from pictos, how do I "equip" them after I remove the pictos? Both my chars have 0/5 luminas so I should be able to equip 5 value worth of skills but for some reason I just dont know how. Any help would be appreciated!

go to eq > select one of three pictos slot, whatever full or not > right side of monitor, same place when normal is garderobe menu

Move the cursor or right then down on controller. Then select a skill that you unlocked while not having the item with the skill equipped.

In character screen, press any pictos down left. Look at the right side of the character screen, there reads Luminas and on the left side of the text is a keybinding, press that key to get the lumina screen from where to equip

When you open their inventory screen there's a section at the bottom right that has their Lumina. You need to move to that (on the controller you can use the right stick) and open it. You should then be able to equip/unequip any lumina you've unlocked.

I took a screenshot, for my understanding I should be able to equip Burning Shots and Dead Energy 2 but I can't do it.
