I literally just ran around for 2 hours trying to find a way to get to it and I couldn't. I looked all over the internet to find out if anyone had gotten it, but I can't find anything.

I ended up just moving on, and I can't tell you how much that bugs me.

Pretty sure there is a lever in the near which opens the door.

There is a lever on the ground. Just look to the right of the door.
