The boob slider is in new game+ after you beat the game. So go play and beat the game and you adjust everything as much as you want.

Weird as my wife said she did not like how ugly the men are and according to her the women are not much better. She opted for an ugly wood elf in the end. So I am fairly sure there is a character creator.

I'm not talking anime size here. My wife is DD cup and with the right bra the weight does not bother her.

my ex also had DDs and sitting around the house or walking around it was fine but man when it came to killing 20 foot tall monsters and flying through time-warps, she had a really hard time. Every third dodge roll she'd get a black eye or a busted nose.
