I would take a look at the cables and plugs if anything is melting etc. and then think about contacting the seller if its really from the PSU and the noises really are not normal.
Ordered a HX1200i cause apparently at full tilt my hardware needs it.
Still you should seriously look into it because by doing that games can show problems with your hardware. Especially with PSUs there seem to be issues with modern GPUs - connectors and power drain leading to actual issues. (Melting Plugs etc.)
here is my setup, builted a week ago.

I've uploaded a video of the sound
Yes it was both, I was able to lessen it some my moving one of the PCIe power cables to another port on the PSU. I likely wouldn't of heard any of it if not for the custom WC lopp being ultra quiet.
in my case its the opposite..it makes on low load of the psu...its a well known "issue" corsair proposed me an RMA...but for the same model idk if it worth
Hi, I've had the same problem with the cinematics in the game. I have a Corsair RM1000E (2025) PSU. Has it happened to you again in other games or at any other time? What have you done with the PSU?
this issues happened only in this game.
fixed with a mod that unlocks fps i cutsceenes
