The game doesn't render at native 4k resolution
DLSS quality does look better than DLAA. In general, if the render resolution is set to 100% ingame for any scaler, it seems the image is still upscaled and it looks like a heavy sharpness filter is being applied.

Is there any workaround available to fix this?

Having this problem as well. Running 4K but DLAA. Sadly, DLSS Quality looks 10x better than DLAA but something still isn't right. I've disabled chromatic aberration and film grain but have all settings maxed. PROOF (This is epic quality, 4k DLAA. It's bad)
