I like to play every game with spoken dialog in the language of the country of origin.

For example Japanese games with Japanese voices and Russian games with the Russian voice-acting, with English subtitles.
Question is as follows: Is the France voice-acting any good, and are there also subtitles for flavour text like battle dialog and other minor stuff?.

During combat there are no subtitles for the various shouts / combos / hits/ etc. About other flavour text like crowd NPC I didn't really noticed any.
