thats great and all but i would prefer ingame optional subtitles so i can experience the game as much as a french speaking person.
This is true, it's not all French, that's also what I notice.

real men play monoco on repeat
The encounter with the Paintress in front of the Monolite:
Once you understand the story, the lyrics of the song take on their full meaning:
The song Aline, when we meet the Paintress :
"Get out and run away, I beg you
Run away from this cursed painting
This canvas of a false life
Dream portrait
Imperfect
Chain of your freedom
So cut through the web
Discover the sinister sketch
Get out and run away, I beg you
Run away from this cursed painting
This canvas of a false life"
let me decide for myself what i find distracting. thank you for making that decision for everyone
You are very welcome! :-D
Only the first part of the song is not written in French. This first part is a mix of French and latin words, a reference to Paris "The City of Lights" (Lutece) and a lot of gibberish word that look like latin words but they aren't.
