TLDR: a portion of the population dies every year with no recourse and you're next.
1- this game has top-notch production value. it is hard to create visuals that distinguish a game from the rest nowadays and even in the RPG space; which is even more crowded, this game really does stand out.
2- There seems to be no story, just a bunch of tropes flashing on screen.
It would be a shame if the game has some formulaic and boring plot full of modern conventions. It has been a looooooooooong time since we got a game that featured both a great story and an amazing looking / innovative game.
What I can confirm is that the writing and direction is top notch. It's fully possible that the story quality will nosedive in quality later, but so far I can thoroughly recommend it.
