There is just too much stuff to look at otherwise. And I can see myself replaying the game at least a second time and discovering stuff I didn't notice the first time.
We'll have a more accurate expected length in a few days. If the side quests are fleshed out, there's nothing wrong with a 15-20 hours long main storyline.
Plenty can be rushed through and yet for people who want to immerse themselves into the world, it will take double or triple that time.
