Because you're commenting base on stuff a handfull of people reported. The game is awesome, and so far, I personnaly did not encounter any issue. So I give it a 92 easily.

based on personal experience playing on game pass other than some pop in here and im not encountering many issues at all but then again it also comes down to hardware like with every game.
so far no bugs or glitches about 8 hours in

There will always be people who have some issues with brand-new games. That is just the nature of PC gaming and there being a near infinite number of hardware/software combinations. Some people also have expectations that I don't feel are necessarily realistic (like 260 fps when they get "only" 170).

I have zero technical issues with the game. No crashes, no stutters. I struggle a little with parrying, but that also partly a skill issue on my part.

Not seeing the atrocious oversharpen is bordeline crazy. Or people play on 1080p potatoe screens.

No issues. Its mostly stuff people want added.
Like auto text, FSR, Photo mode, etc.
Nothing game breaking.

It's ok it's just French bruh. Not THAT gay.

I have a mid range system and it manages a 60 fps avg with performance scaling on.

I have had no crashes etc.

If you mean the post processing or lack of sharpness reviewers almost never mention these things for any game. Shrug.
