Minimum requirements

While I do barely meet the minimum requirements (and I know I should really have a better PC) I do still meet the requirements and yet....
the game crashes with a fatal error every time on the opening cut scene.
I get that I Cannot run the game, I understand that but why not change the minimum requirements to something closer to the truth? I have been excited for this game for a while and very very disappointed to find out I the steam page info was just a lie.

I dont think think the crashing is due to requirements, you'd just have low fps and that's it. Are you drivers up to date?

My PC doesn't meet the requirements (i5-6500, GTX 960 4GB and 8GB RAM) and can run the game 1080p with steady 30fps. I've had the game crash on me once and that was when an achievement popped up as I entered a loading screen. So I'm suspecting that is an issue with Steam Overlay and not the game itself since the same exact thing has happened to me with multiple games.
