Hello, Expeditioners. What a LAUNCH day!

We have made this form,[sandfallinteractive.typeform.com] which you can use to report your issues. This will help us read, triage, and prioritise optimisations and fixes.

We are looking into Ultra Wide optimisation and support, and we are aware of the current bug on UW monitors that causes the incorrect resolution to display after a cutscene. This is being looked at as a priority, for remedying ASAP, alongside many other fixes and optimisations.

We are looking at as much as possible, reading your feedback, and prioritising our fixes! But, the centralised form at the top will be super useful to us. :)

We will continue to use this thread and update it on a rolling basis to reflect issues and fixes as we roll them out.

Update 02.05: We have patched a bug in NG+ where players would be unable to progress their battle with the boss at the end of Stone Wave Cliffs.

We are still working on a variety of fixes and optimisations, but were able to quickly get this live on Steam before the weekend. Stay tuned for further updates next week on upcoming patches.

Patch notes are up for today's patch! This includes Ultrawide improvements, some balance changes, many areas of Softlock on the maps, and more. Check it out here.

Game works okay most of the time, but occasionally I just get a Rainbow box with static in the lower right corner and it never goes away - is that the ultrawide problem? (3440x1440 screen here)

I had the same issue, ended up being my sound card being set to use 5.1 surround while using stereo-only headphones. Switching the setting from 5.1 to Headphones fixed my issue.

If you quickly skip the statistics animation after a fight and immediately hold down the run button, the screen freezes in place and you can only run with characters in the visible area. The camera will not follow you and you need to re-enter the game.

Also having problems on Manor. Is whole darkness with a 5090 on epic. Some parts look better with contrast at 1,5 at least until finish this part.

Still suffering from crashing, I played 3 hours and quite after an autosave, while, now I can't get in again, crash happened without any notice. AMD 9070 graphical card. Thanks for any help.

Hi ! in my group, i have the 3 first dudes, but when i get into a combat, only the first and third are in. The second is not here anymore. Same when i have to click on the save on main screen to resume the game

only weird things I found are: camera movement with controller is nauseous inducing, it distorts the background ( I have motion blur, film grain, etc. disabled) it doesn't happen when turning with the mouse. Dualsense controller is not getting recognized at least on gamepass version. Lack of HDR, graphics are weird, epic doesn't look better than high and using 4K with DLAA is awfully bad, DLSS quality is a much cleaner image. Also at 4K uncapped I get around 90fps with a 5080 but the power draw is abysmal and CPU gets stress out to the limit, capping at 60fps works much better but makes the controller camera issue more prevalent.

Having issue with 8bitdo ultimate wireless controller where I can sprint in all directions except forward. The strange thing is that when you first boot the game it works fine, but after like 20-30 minutes sprinting forward stops working. I even went into the ultimate software and changed the deadzone on the analogue stick, sprinting forward still stops working afer some time passes.

edit: turns out i didnt have the controller profile selected on the controller itself. This fixed the problem.

I have two screens in my setup, sometimes after a loading screen or if I touch some graphics settings, the game changes my main screen and I have no option to change it back, I have to restart the game to fix it temporarily. My two screens don't have the same frequency, it's a bit annoying.

I got 2 screen setup, and for some reason, the game opens up on the least good one only, the game settings wont allow me to change

The game is full of stuttering for me, both when playing and during cutscenes. It really is interfering with me enjoying the game and wanting to continue playing. My PC: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX, AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, 32 GB RAM, installed on SSD, Win 10
