DOF and lack of sharpness.
The game looks really blurry and you should be able to turn off the terrible DOF, it makes good cinematics look terrible.

DOF and Motion Blur can be disabled by putting Post Processing to LOW. The setting seems to be affecting only these two options.

The DOF has to be broken for some reason, there's no way it's meant to look like that. Can confirm that turning Post processing down to low removes it, until they fix it.

Once I turned it off directly and post processing low, everything improved greatly.
