For example, my Red Devil 9070XT was spiking up to 3400 MHz, while it should max out at 3060 MHz. I lowered it by 350 MHz and now everything works fine
On Windows 10 with latest drivers. Threads on Reddit pointed to disabling MPO and turning off anti-lag, neither of these worked.
Thankfully it's a Linux dual boot and works FINE in Linux Mint. Go figure.
im quite getting used to it if its ue + dx12
so the game it self does run fine with this card. since i keep reading that there are some issues.
Here is a benchmark from a YouTuber I really like and who is testing his 9070xt.

I have a 7900xtx and my experience is very similar.
Frame time graph shows a little bit of stutters but you don’t feel it in this game. And it’s still better than many other UE5 games with real stutter problem. Or old squaresoft games ported on PC. Nearly 15y old Final Fantasy 13-3: Lightning Returns runs worse than this.
But bare in mind that UE5 is also CPU heavy. It’s OK on my 7800x3D but it might be bad on let say Ryzen 5600. Idk.
thanks. so not a 100% smooth but playable.
my cpu will be a 9800x3d, so it may run better, but as of now, i may stick with my ps5 version. i tried it on my current rig with a 3060 and a 9th gen cpu, and yeah, game didn't run so great.
