UE sandfall game crash

fatal error.. how should I solve it ? I already downloaded newest update
could you guys share your graphic card, memory ? and game graphic setting ?
mine: 7800xt(newest driver version25.3.1), 32G memory,5600x. quick preset:medium, scaling mode:performance . screen resolution: 3840*2160. I tried 2560*1440 too, still crashed

guys , it seemed to work, since I deleted it, I haven't met any crashes about 10 hours

update 28th April.

I've tried many ways to fix this issue ,but still crash , however I haven't met crashes for the past 10 hours, I don't know which part is helpful, so I will post them here, I hope I can help you guys :)

1,run as Administrator & disable fullscreen optimization
2,run game with DX11 commands (with low poly and low fps, maybe red cutscenes)
3,deleting D3D12 from Steam\steamapps\common\Expedition 33\Sandfall\Binaries\Win64 (thank @AtomicRage)
4,update or rollback your graphic driver,and make sure you uninstall clearly , try to find one stable driver version for yourself
5,reset your PBO, clock or anything you adjusted in your bios/CPU/driver
6,update chipest driver ( this is the latest I have done, and since this , I haven't met crash yet)
7,update your BIOS (it seems it's helpful for Intel users)
8,update to WIN11

I've tried to "run as admin" and "disable fullscreen optimization", rollback nvidia game ready driver from 576.02 (latest) back to 572.42.

Finally I can be in-game for about an hour, keep rematching with Maelle to learn the parry.
Not crashing every 10mins like before.

Sadly, it freeze after title dropped during cutscene when expedition leaving on the ship. No fatal error windows. Just freeze, and game closed.

try undervolting your cpu and see if it helps

Same issue! I was 30 mins in and it crashed, got the Sandfall game crash; Fatal Error message, then proceeded to BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), then my PC rebooted.

Just experienced it in a boss fight after ~2h of playing, only the game crashed with a UE "Fatal error"

Oh that's not the error I get.

Mine just says "Fatal error!" and closes.

Definitely UE problem, I'm using i9-13900K and RTX4090 but I've met the same error on other UE game.

I have almost same spec but with 14900k

Played for 6 hours straight, zero crashes.

I solved most of my performance issues and stutters after installing win11 fresh, I know this sucks. But it was worth it.

Im still on windows 10 and it runs smoothly so far.
Ryzen 5 7600X with 32 gb Ram and 3060ti.
No stutters and constant 100 fps give or take other then 30fps cut scenes of course. Most settings are high other then those that i dont bother like reflections shadows etc.
