Stats?

I'm trying to understand what stats do in terms of weapons and skills.

Like, does your weapons damage affect skill damage? Also, I see my characters equipped weapon says "C Vitality". I assumed that means the weapons damage scales with Vitality, but when I raise Vitality in level up it doesn't indicate my damage is increasing.

I'm kind of leveling blind and I don't like it.

I read that you don't get any benefit from weapon scaling until you lit 10 points in that particular stat. Also D and C tier weapons don't really provide much benefit. Once you hit B and A tier you should notice a marked difference.

Know the feeling, just pumping luch for crits on one char and basic attack damage on the other. No idea if its good or not in the long run.
