Edit: Never mind now I have the issue where it flips to my secondary monitor after every cut scene. LOL
Have you found a solution to this? Every loading screen my game switcehs to my second monitor and does not let me switch back in the settings.
but this is still annoying as hell
Game initially displayed on main monitor. Then, mostly when entering any cutscene, the game began to swap to display on the second monitor. I was able to change the setting back to the main, but it would revert each time. (one note: windows indexes monitors starting at 0, not one, so it could be that the game is somehow defaulting to display #1)
After this occurred a number of times, the settings in game stopped working, and I was not even able to swap the display back. In fact, the monitor shown was the correct (#0) monitor, but it was still displaying on my second display (#1).
After this, I disabled my second display. When I re-enabled it to try again, I got some even more strange behavior, where my main monitor would flicker on/off, and the settings screen in game actually appeared to glitch and for the Monitor selection, it no longer even showed a monitor selection, but instead some generic text that looked like it was actually from a different setting (e.g. it displayed "Enable" or something like that, not the name of a monitor).
Now, after a reboot, the game is showing the opposite monitor from the actual settings. During my troubleshooting, I'd changed which monitor was in fact my main monitor, but I have changed it back. It seems the game somehow remembered the other setting and is displaying #1 for my main monitor and #0 for my second monitor.
I think this should be reported as a bug.
I hope the developers see this and fix it as soon as possible.
