The QTE in those games are pretty forgiving, not DS level.
We know what happened to Sea of Stars, these guys didn't learn anything.

Super Mario RPG, The Last Remnant, and, since we're being broad with what a QTE is, Resonance of Fate
I think calling it action RPG is less accurate.
