your favorite youtubers who have the same tastes as you love it, it means the game is good
RPS liked the game, too. In the end, the trick is to find reviewers who share your taste in games, There are enough outlets and YouTubers that anyone can find someone who has the same gaming preferences. For me, it's often RPS, and individual reviewers like Tom Chick. Tom's reviews of strategy games, for example, have never once let me down, over many years.
so much so that some have played for over 100 hours.
Forgive me, but I do have some degree of a standard when it comes to the genres I love in gaming, and this one may not be hitting it. I'll take further looks at it after it releases and possibly wait for a sale so I can enjoy it with more reasonable expectations that didn't cost me as much.
Either-way, the vast majority of reviews wouldn't agree with those assessments at all. Neither of us have the game to verify ourselves, certainly. However, the developers, reviews, and the evidence from public Steam profiles suggest the game is not a 20 hour run.
