Play one day before release. But how?

Some people can already play the game. I'm told the developers made it possible for them. Does anyone know what they need to do to be able to play now?

1. Be a content creator with a review copy.
2. Get lucky and be a PS5 player who got their copy in the mail early.

There's no trick or anything; most of us will have to wait for tomorrow.

Start working on your youtube/twitch accounts, its a nice hobby.
But sadly it seems they give review keys to big reviewers wich is not saying much these days after veilguard.
Anyone saw an honest review anywhere?

MrMattyPlays (technically his second channel) and Luke Stephens both gave reviews that seem pretty forthright, and I certainly wouldn't call them big names (at least not on the order of IGN or Eurogamer). There were a handful of other reviews in my youtube feed that I didn't watch, but the titles at least seem very positive.

Putting streamers above money spending players as usual, giving out the game for free and early to people that will be playing another game before the week is over. I was stoked for this game too, not that it'll matter but I won't support a company that does this. I'll wait for a major sale or just see a fitgirl about a deal.

If that's your stance, you'll basically never touch a major release ever again :/ Reviews are how companies - especially small teams like Sandfall - generate hype and interest. We as consumers want to hear from others what they think, and these streamers built up a foundation of having followers and presumably-reasonable opinions people want to listen to. It's not a conspiracy against pay customers; it's to attract them in the first place.

Okay? The OP was corrected on the nature of who got to play CO early; it's not like literally anyone with a Twitch account was given a key. I'm of the impression that you're getting upset over a situation that's not happening; or, at least, not with Clair Obscur.
