Yeah, it's going to be one of those. I am still going to give it a try, but that tilting camera...

People (including me) have been talking about this as an issue since the first gameplay video.
I'm surprised they've done nothing about it. A reviewer confirmed to me that there's still no option to change anything about the camera movement.

I don't think I can play the game as is. Well, maybe I could manage to do it, though I really wouldn't enjoy it.

Metaphor had this problem too. One of the top mods for it mostly fixed the camera issues.
Eventually the developers added an option. It shouldn't still be an issue for games with a Persona type battle system.

tried it. felt dizzy within 5 mins lol. its a refund for me for now.
Nope is been great so far, also you can disable motion blur on graphic settings and if you go to accessibility settings there is an option to remove camera shake/camera movement, also does work well using Lossless Scaling which basically a frame generation so it doubles your frames
currently playing and and have to sit extremely far away from the screen to not puke lol
if we could just back the camera a little off our character I think that would do wonders.

I am playing on an ultrawide monitor and the motion sickness sets in fast at the current resolution

Happens to me. It's the tight FoV and one of the many reasons I play games on PC and not console. Pretty much every first/third person game I play requires me to increase the FoV.

Vignette and motion blur can make it feel even worse, but at least you can turn those off.
They had an option for a persistent dot on the screen that helps with me
