I'm downloading with 12,4 mb/s max. (100mbit/s connection) so thats not the case here

Decryption is CPU heavy, if your CPU is not powerful enough, the decryption time will be slower than your internet speed. But for me, for a game of this size, it's about 5-7 minutes of decryption.

Decompressing speed is based on CPU multi threading, not drive speed, but drive speed can bottleneck it in some cases.

Indeed, cheers to the devs for recognizing we don't all have gigabit speeds.

~2hr preload for me at the moment, unpacking has never taken me more than about 5~10 minutes in the past. No brainer really.
