FULL SCREEN PROBLEM

Hi guys i have a problem with the game, when i try to set the game in fullscreen it feels glicthy, i mean i can see the game like keep trying to go in fullscreen mode for a while and then when it go in fullscreen mode it show me the 1080p resolution and if i try to change it, it try for while and then give me again the 1080p resolution, i have 2 monitor and 1 tv connected that is a 4k one, the one im trying to use, the resolution of the tv is 3840x2160, in full screen i can't set the resolution i want, if i try to go in windowed i cant choose and i can only play in 4096x2160 a bit much that cause performance issues... anyone has a solution, i arleady tried with the config file in %appdata and it don't work for reasons...
