i don’t know much about the game i’ve only seen some gameplay on youtube. i’m thinking about buying it and just want some honest opinions from people who’ve played it

Its a turn base game, really therea no skill in it. Just press a button and hope the attack does something.

it's worth it. just go into w/ no expectations. some love it. some hate it. as a person who genuinely enjoyed it, i would recommend it. just don't read too much about it since the majority of people who don't like it did too much research.

solid game, interesting story, good gameplay, very few bugs(that i am aware of)

for its price, its not bad, give it a shot.

Great music and visuals. Also cool story from what i've heard. Definitely worth a play imo, even though combat isn't the most exciting even with the action elements.

Also it's one of the very few UE5 games that doesn't make my pc beg for death despite how it looks.

I went in with high expectations and it exceeded them.

It's one of the Best Games I've played in years.. The Story, Lore Gameplay and Tactical combat are all very compelling.

The music hooked me right from the get go, the gameplay is pretty satisfying. The lore was intriguing and had me thinking about the game when I wasn't playing it. Enemy design good, ability to customize your characters and make them dbz powerful, pretty good. Storyline was pretty good, I just wished for more. Gametime seems good, didn't feel like I had to grind out super hard to get my characters where I wanted them. Waiting for any announcement for DLC or a sequel in the same universe.

I am very close to 100%ing it and ill say its one of the most beautiful, well written games Ive seen. ever. and the gameplay takes a simple turn based game and applies a lot of mechanics from legendary older games to make it feel a LOT more active and tactical.
attacks require QTE timing, every hit against you can be parried and dodged, some attacks require you to weave between parries and jumps and counterattacks. there are enemy weakpoints that require freeaiming with a ranged attack, weakness and stat scaling like darksouls games, hgue areas to explore with grand vistas and banging music.

overall its very worth imo

When it comes to the genre it's one of the greats. If you are not into JRPGs I am not sure if I'd recommend it. I have seen on your profile that you enjoy souls-likes and this game definitely has some Sekiro elements gameplay wise and a lot of bloodborne atmosphere here and there. But first and foremost it's a turn based french JRPG (lol) and the stuff that reminds me of fromsoft comes after.

Definitely worth it. The game is clearly made with passion and consideration, and even the elements of it that aren't stand out (platforming) have had their challenges designed around them by the devs so they "fit" with the controls. There's no randomness to the combat, if you hit your button presses you'll always defend, if you miss them you'll always suffer.

The story is solid, the pacing is excellent, and the twists are not immediately obvious.

Music is straight up amazing. I will be downloading basically the entire album when I can.

it's $35 at cdkeys website. It's very much worth it, esp if you you like jrpg's.

Glad you liked it. I grew up on JRPGs and this is one is probably the best since Dragon Quest XI (maybe Final Fantasy Remake).

It's the game with the most universal praise... pretty much ever. If there's one game that's worth it, it's this one. Both playerbase and journalists agree. Doesn't mean it's gonna be for you, if 99% of people agree this is a masterpiece you might be in the 1%, but the quality in this one is undeniable
