Getting only 70Hz refresh rate on my 240HZ refresh rate monitor. Any tips? Asus ROG Swift PG32UCDM.

On Windows 11, I get the 3840x2160, 240hz refresh rate. But as I soon as I go in game, I only get 70Hz refresh rate, even with Unlimited Frame Rate set in the game settings.

I have a RTX 4090, 32GB Ram.

Interesting. It seems I had Variable Refresh Rate enabled on my monitor, and that was tied directly to the games performance.

I tried Low, Medium, High and Highest Setting (Epic) and those all changed the refresh rate.

At this point I'm going to play around with what settings I can get rid of to get the best refresh rate. I was getting very dizzy moving the camera around with the choppiness. This is much better.
