Soft locked 42 hours in

So I just found a major glitch that basically bricked my save at the start of act 3. I fought a optional world boss, "big head" and died. The game respawned me out of bounds with no way to get back. I can't fly on Esquie and resting at camp just takes me back at the same place. Really hoping that's not how my playthrough ends.
Any suggestions?

you can reload a few saves prior, just reload a slightly earlier save

The game has 20 saves, just scroll down in the list if you didn't trigger that many saves already.

Having the same problem I died against two different bosses over world and it always spawns me there
