Was crashing on save load after what I assume was an update

Not sure what happened. Didn't really monitor what changed since like 16 hours when my game was playing fine, but I logged on today and all my saves would crash on load. Fatal error.

Tried a bunch of settings, changing the upscaler, didn't try DX11 as that was more of a last resort.

What fixed it for me was to verify the integrity of game files. Again I didn't pay attention to see if it actually updated anything, but the game just loaded normally afterwards.

May or may not work for you, but give it a spin. Perhaps the update didn't clean up as well as it should have. Anyway, toodles!
