Weird Lighting/Reflections and Afterimages.

I keep getting weird after images and reflections/shadows loading in and out. This isn't too obvious in other places, but I just got to the manor where you get your third party member and its pretty glaring. I'm wondering if anyone knows a work around? Its really annoying.

I am a bit new to trying to fix games like this, any advice would be appreciated.
