Lock 60 FPS or leave uncapped above 60?

I upgraded my computer recently (9800X3D+7900 XT) and I'm quite pleased with how the game looks and runs on max settings. Steam's overlay counter seems to say it's running anywhere in-between 65-80 FPS when it catches my eye and AMD Adrenaline says my FPS is averaging about 75.

My question then is: Should I lock the FPS at 60 considering the nature of the parry/dodge gameplay or is it fine for it to jump between 65 and 90 as long as it never drops below 60? I'm still in Act 1 on Expert and the difficulty has felt about average.
