and i haven't had a crash when trying to beat a certain nevron in a certain place where you have to fly to get to. Before i added the launch option, the game would crash soon as i got the nevron to about 10-20% health and right in the middle of my attack
I switched a new skill i learned for Monoco and the game crashed soon as i left the menu.
Intel CPU by any chance? Intel extended warranty to 5 years if such problems happen.

Windows updates and also 3rd party driver updates can sometimes fail to be completely updated correctly, and you can end up with components that are incompatible in certain circumstances, and the reason these components don't get updated correctly is because they're flagged as in use by the system.
It's a known issue. It starts with UE5 games but can get worse and start crashing with other games.

Intel offers extended warranty. But try to update your BIOS first as it may help. The problem is caused by too high voltage setting in older BIOS.
