Secret cinematic act 2

I ve heard about a secret cinematic near the peintres before the monolithe in the act 2 is it true ?

It's not secret per say but it is missable. I will spoil tag it for you though. You have to swim all the way North on Esquie and touch the [red] translucent barrier on the water. You will get a cutscene about the party not being ready. This scene is only viewable until you kill two Axons and forge a weapon from their defeats.
