Game restarts problem

I've just started playing to the part where Gustave goes to find Maelle in the Spring Meadows. But when I was trying to get out of Spring Meadows, the game suddenly restarts. I followed the youtube tutorials and none of them worked. If anyone has solutions, please tell me
