Fatal error?

Is everyone experiencing the "fatal error" when starting the game and loading the current campaign?

Is the development team aware of this error that causes the game to crash and close?

I've played the game for 3 days without an issue, but since 2 days ago, every ~10 minutes or so I get the fatal error and the game crashes. I'm losing the motivation to play the game at this point.

i cant even load into the game. soon as i leave the start screen to load into a new campaign i keep getting a fatal error

Did you try removing the config file at:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Sandfall\Saved\Config\Windows

It seems to fix the issue for a lot of people. The moment i try and tweak some of the settings to get consistent 60+ FPS mid-combat, the game crashes again with fatal error.

If I leave the default config, after benchmark, everything is set to the highest setting for some reason, and I have 70 FPS out of combat and around 45-60 mid-combat, which doesn't feel good at all :(
It doesn't crash at least, but damn, it feels bad

This happens to me most times I try to load my save. I was fine for 20 hours in and then started doing it but once I verify integrity of the game files, it seems to work again.
