Hey devs! First of all, I just want to say how much I’m enjoying Expedition 33 — the world, the atmosphere, and especially the soundtrack are absolutely amazing.

I had an idea I wanted to share: it would be fantastic if there were a way to listen to the gramophone records we collect during the game while exploring the world. Some of the tracks are so beautiful and immersive that it feels like a shame we can only hear them in specific locations.

Maybe we could unlock a kind of "music player" once we find a record, allowing us to choose background tracks as we travel? It would be a great way to appreciate the music even more and make exploration feel even more personal and atmospheric.

Something like that is already in the game.
When you camp, there is a record player that lets you play back all the records you found.
However, not while traveling.

The composer crafted different songs for every area, which contribute to the feeling of that area. I'd argue that the possibility of playing any music in any area defeats the purpose.

Just get the soundtrack and listen to what you want outside the game.
