picto that raise gradiant bar on free shot ?

Hello,

i have seen a video where Verso was raising his gradiant bar for each free shot, can you give me the name of the picto that does this please ?

(the gradiant bar not the perfection bar)

There are several;

• Charging Alteration - on applying a Buff
  
• Charging Burn - on applying a Burn.
  
• Charging Critical - on making a Critical hit.
  
• Charging Mark - on applying a Mark.
  
• Charging Weakness - on shooting a Weakpoint.

There is no picto that does that.
However, you can trigger the following pictos with free aim shot, given you have the correct pictos eqipped:
- Charging Alteration (Accelerating Shot)
- Charging Burn (Burning Shot)
- Charging Critical
- Charging Mark (Marking Shot)
- Charging Stun (closest match but requires the target to be stunned)
- Charging Weakness
