I can definitely imagine playing this game 3, 4 times with different priorities in my party, trying to find a few more recordings etc. and just enjoying the scenery and music.
I don't know what you mean by sweaty, but if you want to move through at a brisk pace it's supposed to be about 30h.
If you replay in NG+ you're doing it for higher difficulty (I find it reasonably challenging at the middle difficulty now). If you replay with a fresh game, that seems plausible, but I'd set the game down for a year before doing that so it's maximally fresh.
The music? I replay that all the time ^_^
There's apparently a new game+ mode where enemies become stronger, but I haven't tried it out yet. I think it'll be a great game to replay just to try out different character builds, there's a lot you can do to mix it up.
1) In a straight line it's around 30h, I guess, but we're talking "ignoring the OBVIOUS places you could go to in order to rush the game" straight line. More realistically, once you can move around the map, you'll explore places and they'll have a bunch of content and cutscenes in there, and the game is easily 50h+ from there.
2) Depends if you like self-imposed challenge. The game gives you lots of tools that play into the logic of dark souls runs, like items that keep you at 1 HP or boost your stats if you're soloing with a character. So a lot of people straight up start a new game and go "parry only solo character" or stuff like that, the game systems are fun enough to make you WANT to play more for sure. But NG+ isn't gonna show you anything significantly different in terms of content. Enemies have more stats, and you can try out other builds
Ad 1.) Main story with some side content to keep at the correct level and expand your tool-set will easily go for 40 hours. This include some exploration, grinding and getting new weapons and Pictos.
Ad 2.) There is some replay-ability as you pick the main party characters and leave 2 outside. I did not bother with those 2 outside the main party so if I wanted to play again I can easily get largely fresh experience just by picking those character I neglected in the first run. You are able to build your characters differently even if you play with the same character again as their weapons and Pictos will define their play style. The content itself is static and will be the same on your first run, second run or NG+.
