Does anyone know why the icons on this skill are sparkling?

I'm in Virtuoso stance, so I don't see anything relevant that would make this skill highlighted

It's the game telling you this would be an ideal skill to use. Not always reliable

It tells you that the bonus (in this case the extra burn from your stance you are in) is active.

Are you sure? You were probably in offensive stance and so Spark has the sparkles because its bonus burn is enabled.

Yeah, I was stanceless

But I do think the game is trying to highlight something relevant, it just happens to be incorrect sometimes.

Or maybe it goes deeper than that and is wanting me to apply burn because of burn related pictos. But it always highlights this one, regardless of what's happening
