Collected vinyl songs disappear on NG+?

Topic. I missed one from the Mime in Lumiere. If I start over on NG+, do I keep the rest and just pick that last one up?

You can do NG+, but it's also in Lumiere in the Opera House in Act III if you missed the mime.
