Chroma (money) farm in act 2?

Hm. I know a place to farm much XP at least. Maybe it's much Chroma too. In "Frozen Hearts". It's a warning high level area, but the ghostly dancing girls are very easy to parry, so it should be fine.

If you can learn difficult moves, go to the mountain (location where you have to go for a sidequest) and fight with few groups up there. You'll get tons of XP and chroma for these.

Depends on where you are in Act 2. If you're at the Axons, then fighting at the place where Serine is (The big, desert looking island) at the first flag is a good spot. Just go to the open space, killing the pack on the way, kill the other 2 packs, go back, rest at flag, repeat.

These mobs are pretty easy to kill, depending on your damage. They die by Free Shots, don't have too much health, so, can be pretty quick and easy.

I'm coming up to the end of act 2 and I'm positively swimming in chroma just from fights and picking it up when I stumble across it. Way more than enough to buy whatever I want from the occasional merchant.

What do you need to farm it for?

I had just managed to beat the boss of the ice mountain area for a side quest which unlocked a bunch of lvl 21 pictos/weapons in the merchant that cost 80k+ each, so I'm trying to buy out the store hopefully without being even more overleveled than I already am (lvl 53/54).

Ah, I see what you did. You did a zone that is possible as soon as you get there, but, it's usually left until at least Act 3 before people go, which, by then, you pretty much unlock everywhere so there's far better places to gather money.

Your best bet is to just ignore them for now (Unless you want to spend HOURS grinding for the money for all of them) and come back to buy them in act 3 once you are able to kill things that reward a lot more.
