Settings automatically changes my resolution as soon as I apply it.

I have a 5120x1440 UW monitor, and whenever I try to tell the game to use that resolution it instantly changes it to 3480x1080, and refuses to stay at 5120x`1440. The game runs great at that resolution, but I'd kinda like to use the proper one, you know? It's not a hardware issue, I've got an AMD 7900XTX video card, and a Ryzen 9 7900X3D processor, 32 GB DDR5. I've tried fullscreen, borderless and windowed, none will keep it.
