It's already looking pretty stable as-is. You might be able to play the whole game on Deck at launch, if you don't mind turning the graphics way down.
After some performance videos i watched I decided to go with Rog Ally Z1 Extreme because the framerate seems OK tier on decent settings. Plus it was cheaper than the Steam Deck.
